Jus kicking It

Paris sat in a Parking lot chillin enjoying the weather.....

Noah came out of the building and turned off his car alarm.

He noticed Paris sitting.

"Hey man whats up" he said squinting from the sun being in his eyes

"Nothing Man jus gettin some frsh air!..." Paris said lookin as Noah approached

"Hmph I wouldnt know the feeling of just stopping and smelling the roses, never really had that much extra time, till now in my senior year" he said as he took a seat beside him

Volchok walked outside the building and walked his girlfriend over to her car and left towards Noah.

"Hey bro," he said extending his hand for one of those 'cool kids' hand shakes.

Paris clapped up Volchok..
"Was up?"

"Not too much," he said cracking his shoulders.

"About to head to the gym. You?"

"..nothin jus chillin." Paris replied sitting on his car

"Just sittin" Noah said staring at the sky.

"But the gym seems less gay, mind if I come along"

"Not at all bro," he said pulling out his keys.

"You take your car back to my place man, I'll lead the way."

"You wanna go" he said to Paris as he pulled his keys from his pocket.

"First day is on me guys."

"iight" Paris said and got into his car..
he cranked up the car and his engine revved

Noah truned on his car and followed close behind Volchok

Paris did the same

Volchok pulled out of the drive way and on the way to his crib.

(hehe crib)

Noah followed closely blaring his music.

They pulled up to a rather nice, big house.

"Here it is guys. We'll head to the gym in my car and you guys can car pool with me back here for ya cars."

He said opening his car doors letting them in.

"Shotgun" Noah said as he pushed the alarm button on his keychain and hopped in the front seat.

Paris smirked and got into the car... and pressed the lock button on his key

They headed unto the freeway and hit huge traffic.
"C'mon man!"

"Damn it...how far away is this gym"

"Not far at all. Right along the beach. We'll get there, hold on tight guys!" He said as he pulled into the fast line and sped quickly past all the cars.

They were along the beach now. "Yeah, it's right here actually." They pulled into a parking lot to a rather nice sized building.

"This a weight gym" he said getting out of the car

"This is an 'everything' gym my friend."

"Sounds like my kind of gym" he said waving for Paris to come on.

paris laughed mildly... and looked at noah

Volchok walked into the gym area.

There were wrestling mats, boxing rings, punching bags, weights, treadmills, everything you could think of.

"Remember, you can use whatever you want, however long you want."

PAris walked over to the Punching bags and started throwing various strong blows and kicks at the bag

"Hey Noah, come look at this," he said walking towards a bench.

"What's your max at lifting?"

"Never tried, lets find out, set me at what you think.....then I wanna spar with you"

Volchok smiled and put on 175 LBS.

"Ya got it man. I'll spot ya."

paris then dropped down did 50 push ups and hopped back up and sent more kick and blows at the back..he did this repeatidly 3 times and sat down near the others

Volchok looked at Paris.
"Ya finished your reps?"

yea....guess im gonna lift a little now.

he said putting his hand on his head..

"What's your max?"

"usually 220..." he said while putting on gloves

Noah did some reps and then flexed his muscles.

"So lets spar"

"alrght" Paris said stretching

"You got it Noah," he said walking towards the ring.

Noah slipped on Foot guards and boxings gloves.

"Lets go"

Volchok put on his gloves and slid into the ring.

"Ding, ding."

Noah slid in as well and got into fighting stance.

Volchok began to walk the ring slowly.

Noah did a backflip back and slung his foot at Aaron's face.

Volchok put his guard down and merely leaned his head back smiling.

Noah sttod up sraight and quickly came with a round house kick.

Volchok rolled on the floor dodging the kick.

Noah fell back into his unorthodox fighting style and smiled.

"Good job"

"I've had some experience with this fighting style."
