"Really where" he said as he swept at his legs

Volchok hopped up and kicked across at Noah's face.

Noah dodge back quickly.

Noah launched his feet up and kicked at Volchok's face.

Volchok grabbed his leg and rolled back and held his leg in place.

Noah squirmed to get free and kicked at Volchok's chest multiple times.

Volchok squeezed tighter and wrapped his leg around Noah's other leg.

Noah planted his hands on the gound and spun sending his legs towards the ring post.

Volchok stopped the spinning, and slung Noah the other direction towards the other side of the ring.

Noah slide across the room and put his hands down andlifted backwards to his feet, he returned to his fighting position.

"You really good"

Volchok flipped back to his feet. He smirked at Noah's comment and got back into a fighting stance.

Noah lunged his leg towards Volchoks gut.

Volchok put his knee up to guard his attack and the second he did that he launched his right hand at Noah's fist.

Their fists clashed and Noah tried to headbutt Volchok.

Volchok's head cocked back and then he grabbed Noah's arm trying to put him into a submission.

Noah front flipped to try and escape the arm grab, he then sweeped at Volchok's legs

Volchok grabbed with both arms now, putting the pressure unto his elbow and shoulder.
Noah's kick retreated by pain, and he fell to his mat.

Noah felt the pain surge he couldnt take it so he tapped.

"Alright enough you win"

"A-ha," Volchok said releasing his grip on Noah and helped him up.


"Good match," he said reaching out his hand.

Noah shook Volchok's hand.

"I'm pretty sure you're too good to be human"

Volchok laughed and stepped out of the ring.

Noah followed and hit the treadmill

"I bet I can beat you on this though" he smiled.

"I'm the fasted and best wide-receiver in state. Let's try," he said getting on too.

"I hold every running track record in Bayside High and am the fastest running back to come through here" he said starting his up to a fast pace and began jogging.

"For everyone 1 go up you go up 1 as well" he said putting his up one more

"Got it," he said putting his one up more as well.

Noah put his up two and began running a bit faster sweat dripped from his face from the spar match but he was not yet out of breath

Volchok put up two points.

Noah maxed his out and ran in a full sprint causing the treadmill to shake with eack bound, he was too concentrated on staying on the treadmill to pay attention to Volchok.

Volchok pressed the stop button quickly, and hopped unto the sides of the treadmill.

"You're really fast, I give you that."

Noah did the same he was relieved to get of.

"Thanks man" he said a little winded.

Volchok needed a drink.

"Water?"

"Yeah if you would" Noah said taking off his shirt and leaning against the wall.

"So Volchok how long have you been in Topal Bay"

Volchok gave Noah a fresh water bottle of Dasani.

"I've been here since around middle school. I played on JV there, and when I became a freshman at Bayside High, I was on the varsity team. What about you?"

"Me I've lived here since freshman year, I played soccer for the most part until this year I played football" he said drinking over half the bottle in the midst of his story.

"Where did ya live before here?"

"I lived in New York, I hated it there, you couldn't walk five feet without hearing a siren or gunshot, but that is where I got into breakdancing. What about you?"

"I've always been in the Cali area. Hot chicks there," he said quieter towards the end.

Noah laughed.

"So you got a girl here" he said then sipped his water again

"That's very true. She's really awesome. I really love her, I just wonder how she feels about that too," he said sipping his water.

"Whats her name" he said cruching his empty bottle and tossing it in the trash can

"Autumn Alvarez," he said smiling at the sound of her sweet name.

"Oh I know her, nice catch man" Noah said finally catching his breath

"Thanks bro. She's something alright."

"How long you been datin"

"A couple months now actually," he said sipping water.

"That's cool, thats kinda how I feel about Jaci, I just don't know how she feels"

"Jaci?"

"Yeah she is a sophomore, she is awesome"

"Aren't you a senior my friend?"

"Yeah" he laughed

"You just need to meet, you would think whe was a senior, plus she is just awesome"

"I'll be sure to do that. Maybe a double date sometime?"
